How can you register for each Camp W Summer Session?

What are the fees for the SUMMER SESSIONS 2016?
$400 per child


What methods of payment are acceptable? What are the terms?
All camp fees must be paid by check.  An email confirmation will be sent as soon as your full payment has been received. This confirmation will be your only receipt, so please print it for your records.

Prior to March 17, a $250 deposit is due upon registration in order to secure a spot for your child. If the balance of the payment has not been paid by June 1st, your child's spot will be released. NO PORTION OF THE PAYMENT IS CONSIDERED REFUNDABLE after June 1st.

Does Camp W provide a snack?
A snack will be provided by Camp W.


Does Camp W offer discounts?
Yes. Register before February 29. Additional siblings signed up for the same session receive a 10% discount.

What if my child misses a class?
Please note that no make up days will be offered for missed time. Any missed day is considered to be time that has been given up.
